Hiring Process At Samsung

The logical reasoning test is used to determine your problem-solving skills. It does so by asking you to identify relationships that pertain to abstract patterns and sequences.

For each question, you'll see a sequence containing shapes and symbols arranged according to a set of rules, part of which will be omitted. You'll need to work out the sequential rule to fill in the gap from multiple-choice options.

Samsung Verbal Reasoning Tests

There are several question types found in a verbal reasoning test, all of which measure your ability to process new information. The most common requires you to read a passage of text, and then to determine from the information provided if a given statement is true or false, or if you cannot say.

You may also come across questions that ask you to evaluate the strength of an argument, identify assumptions or inferences, or state whether or not a conclusion logically follows.

Samsung Numerical Reasoning Tests

The numerical reasoning test shows your ability to work with data and statistical information found in graphs, charts, and tables. Again, this is a multiple-choice test where you'll need to interpret the numerical information provided to correctly respond to a word-based problem.

Though this is not a maths test as such, you will still need to understand the basics of things like percentages and ratios and have a strong grasp of foundational arithmetic.

Samsung Virtual Interview

If you successfully pass the online assessments, you'll be invited to submit a virtual interview. This is a one-way interview, where you'll respond to a series of pre-recorded questions.

These are competencies and are used to learn more about your experience, motivations, and working style. You'll either be given 30 or 60 seconds to record your response, so you'll need to be articulate, and provide a well-structured answer with supporting examples.

Samsung Assessment Centre
